Austrian Cold Painted Terracotta Group of Cats

This item is a rare Austrian cold painted terracotta group of cats, created around 1900. This marvellous terracotta sculpture has had a repair to the leg and a chip on the left ear of the kitten. It has also been painted over and you can see evidence of the original grey colour in places. One was sold in Christies in 2000 for £1000.
